National delivery(Denmark)
Expect seven days delivery time on national orders. The package will be shipped with Post Danmark. When you place an order without track & trace THEGALLERY declines all responsibility. When you place an order with track & trace there will be an insurance on the package, and you will be able to follow it on www.pakkeboksen.dk/track-trace.html

With T&T on your order expect 3-7 days delivery time.

Expect from 5 to 20 days delivery time on international orders without tracking delivery.

Currency
In the checkout all prices are stated in DKK and includes taxes. 

Right of revocation
According to the Danish law the customer have 14 days to regret their buyings on standard orders - such as posters, frames, clothing, caps.

The 14 days starts from the day you buy the product. I refund the amount back to you within 14 days after your cancellation. The product you wish to return must be returned to us within 14 days after your cancellation.

The product must be in the same condition as when you received it. All costs related to the return will happen on your own account.

Please keep postage stamps and track & trace information at hand. Make sure to contact ARROGANT by mail at arrogant@arrogantshop.dk to ensure that everything is in order.

All 100x100 and 100x140cm posters are special made after your order so ARROGANT don't offer refund on these items.

Your purchase will first be deducted from your bank account when the order is shipped.

I do not refund payments on originals items such as original art, art installations and preorders bought in limited edition series.

Please notice that I do not accept packages send with COD. If you deny to receive the package you will be returned your purchase amount. Return of goods can also take place at my address. Expedition time will be shortened if you supply me with informations regarding order confirmation, bank account information and correspondence etc.

When will the purchase amount be lifted from your account: The amount will be lifted upon shipment. Transaction fees will not exceed Valitor/S5 standards. Your are permitted to supply information regarding address and phone number when shopping our goods.

Confidentiality
I understand and respect your privacy. I will not supply third parties with information regarding you, unless it is necessary when shipping your goods. I will not sell information regarding your person, credit card, address or email. Any dispute between my company and my costumer are regulated by Danish law.

Colors
Unfortunately I'm not able to guarantee that the colors on the product you receive is exactly similar to those you have seen on your screen. Colors may vary from one IT-device to another.

Giftcards
Giftcards are able for use until 2 years after the purchase date.
